Find your downloads
After you tap the download button, your phone saves the file by itself. It does not stay on this website. Here is where to find it.
Right after it starts
- Pull down the notification bar from the top of your screen. You will see the movie downloading. Tap it when it finishes to play it.
Chrome, Opera, Brave, Edge
- Tap the three dots in the corner of the browser.
- Tap Downloads.
- Tap your movie to play it.
Samsung Internet
- Tap the three lines at the bottom.
- Tap Downloads.
Firefox
- Tap the three dots, then Downloads.
On a computer
- Press Ctrl + J (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + J (Mac) to open your downloads. Or look in the Downloads folder.
Using a file app
- Open Files or My Files on your phone, then the Downloads folder.
Nothing is downloading?
- Check that you have enough storage space.
- Check your internet connection, then try the download button again.
